Any relevant files or statements
That’s it. Your team is briefed and kicking off work within 24 hours.
Initial Financial Health Check
Our team runs a full audit of your Buildium books, current state, red flags, and what needs cleanup. You’ll get a clear report and a call to walk through the findings together, no jargon, no surprises.
Ongoing Bookkeeping, Fully Managed
With your books current, your Account Manager and dedicated Buildium bookkeeper take over day-to-day, reconciliations, owner statements, trust accounting, all of it. Want a standing weekly check-in to stay close to the process? Just ask, we’ll set it up around your schedule.
